Rocky Lacrosse in Meridian, Idaho is inviting youth grades 3 - 8, new or experienced players, to come learn and play lacrosse with the Rocky Mountain coaches and players. Clinics are held outdoors at the Heritage Middle School Lacrosse fields 9 - 10:30 am on Saturdays: Sept 19, Sept 26 and Oct 3.

Q: Do I need experience to attend the clinics?
A: Not at all! These clinics are designed for all skill levels, from brand-new beginners to experienced players. Whether you have played for years or never held a stick, our coaching staff will have drills specifically for you.
Q: What equipment do I need to bring?
A: For the clinics in Fall 2026, no equipment is required. If you have your own stick, please bring it! If not, we will have sticks available for you to use. Please wear athletic shoes.
Q: Is there a cost to attend?
A: No, the clinics are 100% FREE. However, registration is required so we can plan for numbers and safety.
Q: Can I attend all three clinic dates?
A: Yes! You are welcome to sign up for one, two, or all three sessions (Sept 19, Sept 26 and Oct 3). Please note that you must register for each specific date you plan to attend to ensure you are on the roster.
