try DELETING the app and re-adding it generally works to reset this issue.
When you install the App make sure to ALLOW notifications
NOTE: You can have up to four cell phone numbers per account. Two in the ME profile and two in the Player Profile
NOTE: Account Owner is the ME profile. Its the profile created when the account is initially created. It should always be in the parent/guardian (unless the player is 18 and manages their own account)
NOTE: if your athlete's profile emails are both full then select the ME profile. In total you can have up to four different emails in your account.
NOTE: you can put this on more than one phone. Just use the same login to sign in on each phone and enable notifications if you want to receive pushes of games and events. (you can turn this off from within the app later if you want)
